ARE YOU LOOKING FOR BETTER HEALTH?

As a nation we are suffering nutritionally. There are over 100 million people with chronic illnesses. We lose millions of Americans each year to heart diseases. Over 60,000 people are dying of cancer each year. We have an epidemic of diabetes. Osteoporosis is now affecting our men and children. Many of our children are now being diagnosed with ADD and hyperactivity. We are dealing with suicide by the fork.
The average American around the time of the American Revolution consumed around 4 pounds of sugar per year. Today, the average American is consuming 150 pounds a year. Tests have shown that when we consume 24 teaspoons of sugar in one day, our immune system is depressed by 92 percent. The average is 42 teaspoons a day. Approximately 30 percent of the US dollar is spent on food containing sugar. There is also too much fat in our diet. We know that fat is one of the primary reasons for heart disease. It is also a precursor to diabetes and other degenerative diseases. About 40 percent of the US dollar is spent on food containing fat.
We are guilty of eating the wrong foods, but even when we eat the right foods they no longer have the nutritional value they once had. A lot of our soil is now contaminated and depleted of nutrients. There are over 10,000 herbicides, pesticides and chemicals for preserving, flavoring and dyeing of the food that we eat today.
Life, begins, is maintained and ends at the cellular level. Individual cells are consuming fuel, producing energy and eliminating waste. Our bodies are trillions of cells grouped as organs, glands, tissues, and systems. Every second, 10 million red blood cells are dying and being replaced by 10 million more. By the time you can count to ten the blood in your veins and arteries has traveled more than 12,000 miles. The body was truly created to be an amazing machine. If we want to talk about restoring or maintaining health, we need to look at our health at the cellular level.
Health and Healing Begin at the Cellular Level.
**You build a trillion cells a day by what you eat
** It takes 19 vitamins and minerals and 9 amino acids with a perfect protein to build a perfect cell - even if you only miss 1 nutrient, then you are building imperfect cells for 7 days
**These defective cells will promote the development of degenerative diseases
**You are the only one who can do something about it!
**Dr. L Newman states that "there is no set number of years at which we can say we are old. Old age is simply a degeneration of the body brought about by wrong feeding and living habits. Remember no matter how many years you have lived, there is not a cell in the body more than seven years old."
With proper consumption, assimilation and elimination our body has the ability to:
*Change the chemistry of the blood in seven days
*The composition of cells in seven weeks
*Change some major organs in seven months
*And as science knows, have a completely new body in seven years
* Physiological chemists state that there is not a blood cell more than fourteen days old, and that we rebuild a new heart every 30 days.
